Please arrive just before 9:00 am to check in and be ready for the land-based warm-up, which will start promptly.
This clinic is open to all junior swimmers aged 13 years and under. Swimmers of all levels are welcome, as long as they can confidently swim 25m of each stroke.
• Togs (swimsuit)
• 2 x towels
• Goggles
• Swim cap
• Gear bag (kickboard & fins)
• Water bottle
• Dry clothes to change into
• Runners for land-based sessions
Yes – swimmers should arrive wearing comfortable activewear and closed-in runners suitable for movement-based activities. After the warm-up, they can get changed into their togs.
Yes – a BBQ lunch will be available for purchase. If your child has any dietary requirements, feel free to pack lunch for them.
Absolutely! We recommend bringing a notebook and pen for the goal-setting workshop and to jot down key takeaways from Mitch Larkin’s talk.
Yes – parents are welcome! While the swimmers are warming up, we’ll be hosting a Parent Seminar with a qualified dietitian discussing nutrition and fuelling young athletes.
Yes, you can receive a full refund if you notify SWWSC at least 24 hours before the swim clinic starts by contacting 0400 194 889. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued after this time.
