His experience and knowledge are unmatched, making him a revered figure in the swimming community.

Paul has trained swimmers who have achieved the pinnacle of success, including Olympic Gold, Commonwealth Gold, and World Championship Gold. Beyond his impressive track record, Paul is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of elite swimmers

Michelle O’Roarty
(Development Coach)

Michelle Gianotti, a compassionate and devoted development coach, channels her passion for swimming into nurturing the next generation of elite swimmers. As a former elite swimmer, she comprehends the sport’s demands and applies her expertise to guide young athletes with empathy and skill.

Michelle’s coaching approach focuses on cultivating both technical prowess and a love for swimming, fostering a supportive environment where aspiring champions can flourish. Her dedication to holistic development ensures her swimmers grow not only as athletes but also as confident, resilient individuals.
