Michelle O’Roarty
(Development Coach)
Michelle Gianotti, a compassionate and devoted development coach, channels her passion for swimming into nurturing the next generation of elite swimmers. As a former elite swimmer, she comprehends the sport’s demands and applies her expertise to guide young athletes with empathy and skill.
Michelle’s coaching approach focuses on cultivating both technical prowess and a love for swimming, fostering a supportive environment where aspiring champions can flourish. Her dedication to holistic development ensures her swimmers grow not only as athletes but also as confident, resilient individuals.
